Benvenuta Primavera!

Arriva la primavera!
Negli ultimi anni sempre con un po’ di anticipo, corre veloce ed esplode in tutta la sua bellezza dopo essere stata addormentata per lunghi mesi.
Passeggiando nella mia campagna ho notato un folto ciuffo verdeggiante che fino a pochi giorni fa era quasi invisibile e sono sicura che anche molti di voi durante una passeggiata vi siete imbattuti in un rigoglioso cespuglio di ortica.


L’ortica è una pianta perenne che cresce nei terreni umidi vicino a corsi d’acqua ma anche vicino alle case o nei campi incolti, insomma basta avere un occhio curioso e si può trovare facilmente.

In ogni caso lei si fa sentire!!!!

L’ortica infatti fa parte della famiglia delle urticaceae, le foglie sono appuntite e dentato-seghettate, i fiori sono sia maschili che femminili molto piccoli e senza petali.
La caratteristica principale è proprio quella che se viene toccata crea arrossamento e un prurito molto fastidioso nella parte interessata.
Raggiunge il suo tempo balsamico cioè il periodo in cui i suoi principi attivi sono più sviluppati, proprio, nella metà del mese di marzo in corrispondenza con l’arrivo della primavera, e nel mese di settembre. 

La pianta di ortica viene spesso impiegata nella medicina popolare proprio all’inizio della primavera per le sue proprietà depurative sia del sangue sia dei reni avendo importanti proprietà disintossicanti. 
Ha, inoltre, un alto contenuto di clorofilla di minerali e di vitamine.
Trova un largo impiego anche nella cosmetica venendo usata soprattutto per purificare la pelle, combattere la forfora e rinforzare il cuoio capelluto.
Un altro utilizzo a mio personale parere indispensabile durante la stagione estiva per tutte le piante sia dell’orto che da frutto è il macerato di ortica, un antiparassitario naturale sorprendente.

Per fare il macerato di ortica basta lasciare per almeno 7 giorni le foglie di ortica fresca in acqua possibilmente piovana, passato questo periodo filtrare e vaporizzare sulle foglie ma anche sulle radici per rafforzare la pianta.

Infine viene molto spesso utilizzata anche in cucina in moltissime ricette principalmente risotti, ripieni per pasta fresca, impasti da forno, torte salate o come contorno. 


Il potere urticante dell’ortica infatti perde la sua forza dopo un passaggio in acqua bollente o dopo essere stata essiccata.


Molto importante quando si raccoglie l’ortica è di indossare sempre i guanti preferibilmente in gomma, facendo attenzione anche ai polsi e alle braccia.
Della pianta di ortica vanno raccolte le sommità della pianta fino a un massimo di 5 foglie sotto la punta controllando sempre che non ci siano parassiti che si nascondono principalmente sotto le foglie.
Se con le ortiche raccolte si vuole fare una tisana, le foglie vanno separate una ad una, lavate e fatte essiccare.
Una volta essiccate sminuzzare le foglie e conservarle in un barattolo di vetro possibilmente al buio.
Per la preparazione di una tisana all’ortica basta mettere un cucchiaio abbondate di foglie già tagliate in una tazza di acqua bollente, lasciandole in infusione 10-15 minuti, possibilmente con un coperchio sopra. è possibile bere questa tisana sia calda che fredda.
L’ortica è proprio una pianta dalle mille risorse soprattutto nel periodo primaverile valido alleato per la nostra salute.

NB. tutte le erbe spontanee devono essere raccolte in terreni che si conoscono e si ha la certezza che non vengano trattati chimicamente, lontano da strade trafficate, scarpate ma anche lontano da corsi d’acqua in prossimità di industrie. 
TUTTE le erbe vanno raccolte con parsimonia.
Non raccogliere ciò che non si conosce con sicurezza.

La primavera del fegato

In medicina naturale la primavera coincide con il momento più importante da dedicare alla depurazione corporea, ad aiutare i nostri sistemi depurativi gestiti dagli organi emuntori, deputati all’espulsione di tossine dal nostro corpo:
– fegato
– intestino
– pelle
– reni
– sistema linfatico
– e altri secondari…

Il fegato è il trasformatore del nostro corpo, tutte le tossine esogene ed endogene vengono fatte confluire in questo organo che le deve rendere innocue, trasformarle in sostanze liposolubili e idrosolubile e poi rimandati a reni o intestino crasso per essere espulsi, nell’intestino tenue e nel resto del corpo per portare nutrimento e sostanze vitali.

La primavera è per tutte le medicine tradizionali la stagione dedicata al sostegno, pulizia, riparazione del fegato. Rudolf Steiner lo definiva il chimicatore, perché centro degli smistamenti biochimici corporei. 

È  necessario, perciò, periodicamente ma soprattutto alla fine dell’inverno e per tutta la primavera, sostenere la giusta funzionalità epatica, aiutare il suo drenaggio e pulizia per mantenere o ritrovare il suo equilibrio.

Cosa può rallentare le sue funzioni, bloccare la sua energia, rendendola stagnante?

Alimentazione ricca di zuccheri e grassi, infezioni virali, batteriche, parassitarie, medicinali, inquinanti ambientali, ma anche tossine emotive come eccesso di rabbia, frustrazione, progettualità che non trova realizzazione e molto altro ancora.

Da cosa capiamo che il fegato necessita di depurazione?
– gonfiore, flatulenza, problemi intestinali di vario genere come stitichezza 
– problemi gastrici, bruciori, reflusso ecc
– sindrome premestruale, ciclo doloroso e mestruazioni con coaguli, disordini ormonali come carenza di progesterone ecc.
– metabolismo rallentato, ritenzione idrica
– aumento pressione
– problemi dermatologici dall’acne alla dermatite, ad orticarie ad eczemi
– alitosi
– irritabilità, impazienza, rabbia, aggressività 

Questi sono solo alcuni degli svariati campanelli di allarme che ci fanno capire che sia proprio ora di fare pulizie primaverili!

Niente paura! il buon Dio ha programmato tutto: piante, alimenti, rimedi per poterci aiutare. Un monaco ortodosso che visitava villaggi in tutta la vasta Russia racconta che per capire di quale malattia soffrisse una famiglia bisognava osservare le erbe che crescevano intorno a quella casa. Così avviene in natura, osservatela, guardate quante piante nascono in questo periodo per aiutare il nostro fegato! 

Dalla cicoria al tarassaco, dal rosmarino al finocchio, alla benefica ortica (in modo indiretto)

Il fegato ama il sapore amaro e tutte le erbe a foglia verde o verdure di colore verde:
– broccoli, cavoli e tutte le brassicaceae
– verdure a foglia verde come cicoria ad alto contenuto di folati, favoriscono la metilazione e la disintossicazione epatica
– avocado e asparagi 
– rucola,ravanello, tarassaco (stimolano la secrezione di bile, aiutando la digestione e favorendo l’evacuazione intestinale)
– prezzemolo,basilico, timo
– rosmarino, antiossidante epatico, stimola produzione biliare e favorisce la migliore riuscita dell’elaborazione delle tossine
– cipolla, menta, maggiorana

RIMEDI:
– bere acqua calda con limone al mattino
– bere una tisana con  tarassaco, rosmarino, cicoria, semi di finocchio e ortica, mattino e pomeriggio, oppure preparatevi una bottiglia di questa tisana e bevetela entro le 17.
Questa semplice tisana aiuta la depurazione epatica, sostiene il lavoro intestinale e favorisce la diuresi.

I miei consigli sono verso piante facili da reperire, che potete e che posso trovare nel mio territorio, ricordandovi che più utilizziamo ciò che ci è vicino, più quel rimedio ha la giusta energia e forza per aiutarci.

Come piante depurative per il fegato, quelle che consiglio più spesso :
– fumaria( della famiglia dei papaveri)
– tarassaco e cicoria
– cardi come: cardo mariano e carciofo
– marrubio
– rosmarino
– bardana
– menta piperita

A livello energetico il fegato può essere sostenuto in questa fase da alcuni rimedi floreali di Bach come:
– beech
– crab Apple
– impatient
– vervain

Questi rimedi aiutano a riequilibrare lo stato energetico e di conseguenza quello fisico del nostro fegato, può aiutare a decodificare ed elaborare emozioni represse che vanno ad incidere sulla salute epatica.

ASSUMERE vitamina C, non solo da verdure ma aiutandosi con integrazione di acido l-ascorbico combinato a rosa canina o olivello spinoso, perché il fegato come il resto del corpo necessita fortemente di questa meravigliosa vitamina che non possiamo sintetizzare senza un aiuto dall’esterno.

ANDARE A LETTO entro le 22, riposate bene di notte: la notte è il momento di pulizia fisica ed energetica del nostro corpo, in medicina cinese l’orario di massima energia del fegato è dalle 1 alle 3, va quindi sostenuto con un buon riposo.

ESERCITARSI in una buona respirazione azionando il DIAFRAMMA, la respirazione profonda permette un vero massaggio al fegato; fatela prima di dormire, stesi sul letto respirando prima solo con la zona del torace tenendo ferma la zona addominale poi viceversa.

Di giorno, invece, appena è possibile, CAMMINARE PER CIRCA 30 MIN: è il migliore esercizio per attivare il sistema venoso e far circolare meglio sangue e confluirlo con ossigenazione maggiore, facilitando anche l’attivita epatica.

Una pratica semplice , da sempre usata nella medicina naturale, è l’impacco con olio di ricino, è un modo semplice e potente potente per aiutare l ‘eliminazione delle tossine.
MODALITÀ DI PREPARAZIONE:
si usa un panno imbevuto di olio posto sulla zona destra, da seno, sotto ascella fino a tutta la zona destra dell’addome; coprire con una pellicola e porre sopra una borsa di acqua calda.
L’impacco dovrà durare circa un ora.
Lavare il panno solo dopo una settimana e riutilizzarlo.
Se si pratica con costanza, tutte le sere per 2 mesi, noterete i benefici.

PEDILUVI O BAGNI con sale di epsom: questo sale ci aiuta nella depurazione da tossine. La solfatazione, che è uno dei numerosi processi epatici, favorisce la metabolizzazione di tossine, farmaci, ma anche di ormoni sessuali, acidi biliari, neurotrasmettitori, ormoni tiroidei…e altre sostanze tossiche. Affinché avvenga questo processo abbiamo necessità tra le altre, di zolfo e magnesio, che per via transdermica vengono assorbiti più velocemente. Ovviamente bisogna introdurli anche con alimenti o integratori, se necessario.

IL MAGNESIO rilassa la muscolatura, e ci predispone al rilassamento. 

ASCOLTARE BUONA MUSICA, come Bach o Mozart, affidatevi anche alla biorisonanza, solo con operatori esperti.

Mi fermo qui per ora…parleremo a lungo di depurazione e detox…sono le basi del lavoro di un naturopata e di chi si occupa di medicina naturale.

Ovviamente questi sono consigli generici per persone mediamente sane,in caso di patologie consultare il proprio medico.

Mi chiamo Annalisa…scrivo il mio nome con orgoglio perché ho imparato ad amarlo, come tutta la mia vita, solo da grande.

Sono una naturopata…non era pianificato…il mio percorso di studi umanistici in lettere moderne con indirizzo storico, mi portavano a pensarmi come insegnante… e invece è arrivato un uomo (mio marito) che 18 anni fa ha cambiato la mia vita da vagabonda e casinara (chi mi conosce ora non ci crederebbe!), e con lui sono arrivati 3 figli, non pianificati, ma tanto amati e accolti con gioia piena!

Aver messo le “radici” mi ha centrato, mi ha donato quell’equilibrio necessario per capire i miei talenti, le mie passioni e maturarle. Con la nascita dei figli ho scoperto di amare follemente il Creato…poi nel tempo ho capito come sia importante essere vicini ad una vita ritmicamente naturale, come ci si può mantenere in salute usando ciò che Dio ci ha messo a disposizione. Ho iniziato a studiare i fiori di Bach, facendo il primo livello del Bach Centre, sono diventata prctitioner de Flower Massage con il famoso psichiatra dot.Paolelelli e ho iniziato a lavorare, con una piccola azienda agricola bio Natura Naturans (con cui è nata una grande amicizia e sodalizio lavorativo).

Nonostante i bambini piccoli, ho ripreso in mano libri e voglia di studiare e ho frequentato per 4 anni la scuola milanese di naturopatatia S.I.M.O diretta dalla dott.ssa Catia Trevisani e mi sono poi specializzata per 1 anno in fitocomplementi. Per un po’ di anni, però, ho accantonato i “rimedi energetici”, ovvero ciò che scientificamente non sapevo spiegare. Il rischio era di sembrare una delle tante santone che propone spiegazione e rimedi esoterici.

L’energia ha un valore reale, non magico, il corpo è energia: la fisica e la tecnologia quantistica lo hanno dimostrato. Lavorare con l’energia di una persona ha un valore reale, scientifico e produce salute, benessere.

Sono anche light trainer (aiuto a capire quali sono i disturbi elettrici, elettromagnetici o cosa non va nei ritmi circadiani della persona, pianificando insieme un programma per ritornare ad una vita naturale: alimentazione secondo natura, non vegana o vegetariana, teraouece rimedi naturali, se necessari); riflessologa plantare, specializzata nel Trattamento del dolore; leggo, leggo, leggo, mio marito mi definisce una “consumatrice seriale di libri”. Non posso fare a meno di imparare!

Sono anche pazza per le erbe e fiori spontanei. Mi piace osservarli, capirli, usarli , con gratitudine e lode per chi li ha creati per noi. Credo profondamente in Dio: la natura è una delle tante manifestazioni di amore, bisogna ascoltarla. Essa contiene tanti insegnamenti e medicamenti.

Ciò che consiglio è ciò che io in primis faccio, ho capito che non possiamo essere di aiuto ad altri se non siamo noi i primi a sperimentare. Per essere creduti bisogna essere credibili. Scegliere la via naturale non è la scelta più semplice ma è la più autentica perché ci riporta alle nostre origini: una semplice detossificazione, ad esempio, che semplice non è poi, quando è fatta con consapevolezza e scelta in base alla propria costituzione, vita, genetica, epigenetica, sarà un percorso di pulizia su molti piani e di autoguarigione.

La grande maestra montagna

Una delle cose che preferisco della montagna sono i suoi insegnamenti, ispirazioni che posso riportare nella vita. Innanzitutto ci insegna a viaggiare leggeri un lungo tragitto, se affrontato con un grande peso, diventa faticoso e non ti permette di apprezzare la bellezza che si manifesta davanti a noi. Proprio come nella vita …ci vuole leggerezza, essenzialità per vivere il quotidiano.

Avere una meta, avere chiaro dove vuoi andare ti permette di vivere la fatica, di non abbandonare, di superare i tuoi limiti.
La vetta si raggiunge un passo alla volta, il tragitto deve seguire la tua andatura, che significa “sentire” come dosare le tue forze.
Ci vuole costanza per non abbandonare: la montagna sviluppa forza interiore, tenacia. Raggiungere la vetta ti permette di sentire la felicità e sviluppare un senso positivo del se, accresce l’autostima, e non perché qualcuno ti dice Bravo! ma perché ce l’hai fatta! con le tue forze!

La vetta è anche bellezza dopo la fatica, senso pieno dell’esperienza vissuta. 

Guardare il tragitto fatto, i lunghi percorsi compiuti ti fa sentire forte, ce l’hai fatta nonostante non lo avresti mai immaginato. Ti permette di sentire gratitudine.
La montagna insegna la flessibilità, a fronteggiare l’imprevisto, perché se qualche nube minacciosa compare all’improvviso, bisogna cambiare strada, rimodulare il percorso: accettando, senza opporsi.

E poi la montagna e il camminare ispira pensieri, evoca emozioni. 
Non esiste domenica migliore di una escursione o un trekking in montagna.
Il tempo migliore che puoi offrire a tuo figlio è proprio in quota: sarà il cammino silenzioso a parlare per te e a insegnare la leggerezza, l’essenzialità, la forza, il coraggio, la soddisfazione, l’autodeterminazione, la tenacia, la flessibilità, la capacità di adattarsi alle situazioni e a fronteggiare i problemi…la felicità.

Il cuore cammina

Scrivo questo post perchè in molti mi stanno chiedendo cosa fare per la cattiva circolazione venosa, gambe gonfie, edemi. Come naturopata, non sono abituata a condiderare rimedi in base ai sintomi, ma valutare il singolo caso.
Via web, non è possibile, ma è importante capire come evitare questi fastidi o almeno ridurli, iniziando a conoscere il proprio corpo. Questo primo post vuole essere dedicato a capire l’importanza dei nostri piedi in tutto questo. Considerando che sono anche riflessologa non posso fare a meno di spiegarlo.

Sappiamo che il sangue non ha solo il compito di distribuire nutrimento ai vari tessuti dell’organismo, ma anche quello di raccogliere gli scarti metabolici delle attività corporee per, poi, trasportarli nei punti di “smaltimento”del corpo (pelle, intestino, fegato, reni, polmoni). Ciò avviene con il flusso di ritorno che parte dai vasi periferici verso i polmoni per il dovuto scambio gassoso. Infatti, a livello alveolare (nei polmoni), il sangue cede l’anidride carbonica “scartata” dalle cellule e accumula ossigeno per un nuovo ciclo di “donazione”.

Se il cuore si occupa del pompaggio del sangue in andata, a chi spetta il compito del suo ritorno?
Non ci crederete ma spetta al piede, il nostro secondo cuore! I piedi esercitano una compressione sulle strutture vascolari, per facilitare il ritorno del sangue ma anche della linfa. Infatti la sua buona funzionalità nel movimento, garantisce un corretta circolazione linfo-venosa.

A livello plantare sono presenti 2 strutture :
1-la Soletta o spugna di Lejars (formata da piccoli vasi capillari)
2- il Triangolo della Volta (struttura situata nella parte più profonda del piede dove si trovano le più importanti vene profonde: le vene plantari).
La loro stimolazione, camminando, attiva la risalita contro la forza di gravità del sangue e della linfa, sostenuta, anche da altre due pompe, site a livello del polpaccio e del cavo popliteo (parte posteriore del ginocchio).
3 – Il diaframma respiratorio, funge quasi da “risucchiatore ,con il suo movimento, richiama il sangue verso l’alto. Chi sta solo in piedi e magari per ore, non beneficia di questo pompaggio e quindi accusa gli stessi sintomi di chi sta a lungo seduto.
Ecco perché è importante poter camminare, specie scalzi, in casa, sopra l’erba, al mare. L’arcata plantare non viene stimolata quando si usano scarpe perché ne impediscono il contatto a terra.

Il mio consiglio è una camminata, di almeno di 30 minuti, di cui 15 scalzi, sopra un prato o comunque su terra o sabbia, che attivi questo pompaggio venoso-linfatico. Più si sta scalzi e più si rispetta la naturale postura e più il corpo può lavorare senza ostacoli. Problemi come ristagno venoso e linfatico, gonfiore di caviglie e piedi, teleangectasie, senso di pesantezza alle gambe, si possono prevenire o “alleggerire” già in questo modo.
